However, they are not the only brand to be creating out of the box digital strategies. One of the challenges always faced, when in the world of digital, is how to create a program that will be remembered (as successful), drive the consumer to engage and be active (repeat traffic) and remain loyal (after all, ROI is the ultimate goal).
Relevancy is also a key factor and one that needs to remain at the top of the priority list. There are a lot of digital tools out there and it is important to take the time to assess which ones to use (if any) and how to use them…depending on the brand’s ultimate goal.
As our appetite for technology keeps growing and the digital tools being developed continue to expand, brand strategists and marketers alike will continue to face increased challenges of how to create a successful campaign. With that said, those challenges are a big part of the fun!
